01Operator and scope

E4Studios is the trading name used by Emanuel Nazareno Duarte, operating in Argentina. Public contact for enquiries, support and notices is [email protected].

These terms cover e4studios.xyz and information about its resources. The catalog currently has no products and purchases are disabled. Release-specific conditions will be shown before any purchase.

02Using the website

You may browse content and contact support. You must not access other users’ accounts, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or reuse another person’s data without a lawful basis.

Third-party links provide access to related tools, documentation and services, whose operators apply their own terms. E4Studios is not an official service of Rockstar Games, Take-Two or Cfx.re and does not claim affiliation with them.

03Products and compatibility

Resources are digital software or content for FiveM. Each product page will state its features, dependencies, supported frameworks, deliverables and editable files. A demonstration describes the version shown and does not guarantee compatibility with unlisted third-party modifications or resources.

Before purchasing, check that you control a compatible server and use a valid receiving account. Product-specific conditions and the accepted offer form part of the purchase. Features not included in that information are not promised.

04Payments, pricing and delivery

When purchases become available, orders and payments will be processed by Tebex as merchant of record under its checkout terms. Currency, final amount, applicable taxes and payment methods will be shown before confirmation. E4Studios does not collect card details through its own forms.

Delivery will use the method stated on the product page, including Cfx.re asset access where applicable. Access depends on payment confirmation and the receiving account. Keep your receipt and contact support if an issue occurs. No single delivery timeframe is promised for every situation.

05License and intellectual property

Acquiring a resource grants the usage rights described in its license. It does not transfer ownership of the development or authorize resale, public distribution or sharing protected files beyond the purchased rights.

Server limits, modification options and transfers depend on the license and applicable Cfx.re rules. These general terms do not impose a server limit that contradicts the product page. Third-party component licenses remain applicable.

06Support and updates

Support covers questions about documented resource behavior. Its specific scope, available channels and included updates will be stated on the product page. Continuous availability, custom development and unlimited future compatibility are not guaranteed.

Back up data and test changes before installing or updating. Issues involving external modifications or integrations may need to be reproduced with the documented configuration to identify their cause. This does not restrict rights concerning defective products.

07Refunds and consumer rights

Refund requests and payment issues are handled with Tebex under the applicable terms and mandatory consumer law. You may also contact E4Studios with technical information about the issue. There is no blanket no-refund rule.

Downloading or activating digital content may affect withdrawal rights only where the law allows and the required consent has been obtained. These terms do not exclude statutory guarantees, nonconformity remedies or complaints to competent authorities.

08Subscriptions

No subscriptions are currently offered. If a future product uses recurring billing, its page and checkout must explain the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and effects on access before purchase. Updating these terms does not convert a one-time purchase into a subscription.

09Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, technical incidents or external events may interrupt the website. We take reasonable steps to operate and secure it without guaranteeing an entirely error-free service.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not exclude non-waivable liability or consumer rights. Payment providers’ terms apply to their own services.

10Changes and enquiries

The current revision date appears on this page. Changes apply to subsequent website use and do not remove rights acquired under an earlier purchase. The material conditions of each purchase are those disclosed when it was made.
